Built-to-suit type (customizable logistics centers)

We provide rental logistics centers (warehouses) exclusively for you company. Utilizing our know-how, we can develop it customized to your preffered specifications. We also provide its management or operation services.

We manage a logistics center in Singapore and proceed new development projects in ASEAN.

Hankyu Hanshin Properties Singapore Pte. Ltd. (HHPS) is our local subsidiary in Singapore. It manages our logistics center in Singapore and provides diverse logistics services together with Hankyu Hanshin Express Co., Ltd. In addition, as our overseas base, HHPS provides know-how for developing and managing logistics centers in ASEAN.
